The executives who need personal branding the most are the ones with the least time to think about it. You're running a company, managing a board, closing deals, hiring people. The last thing you need is another thing.

So this is the framework I give to operators who want results without adding a second job.

The 90-Minute Monthly System

Block 90 minutes once a month. In that session, produce one long-form piece (1,500–2,000 words) on a topic in your area of expertise. Publish it on LinkedIn. Done.

That's it. One piece per month. 90 minutes of work. The compounding happens over months and years, not days and weeks.

The Topic Selection Framework

Pick topics that: you've said in a meeting or a board call in the last 30 days; you'd say in a TED-style talk if someone asked; reflect decisions you've made that had good outcomes and meaningful lessons. You're not generating new ideas. You're exporting existing knowledge.

What Changes

In 6 months: warm inbound starts appearing. In 12 months: media requests, speaking invitations, investors who already know your thesis. In 24 months: you're not chasing opportunities. Opportunities are chasing you.
